The River Opus Site Plan

The site plan follows the approved design, and the site itself is already clearly defined. It covers the whole of Valley Point at 491 River Valley Road, spanning 144,662 sq ft (about 13,440 sqm) on a 999-year lease, with the Singapore River directly behind it and River Valley Road in front.

Today, the site is home to a 20-storey office tower, a two-storey shopping centre and the 255-room Fraser Suites Singapore, all of which will make way for the new development. The Edge has reported a four-block scheme comprising residential homes, a 184-unit serviced residence and a retail podium.
